The Colour of Touch
The concept was to create a collection of samples redefining colour based on interviews with visually impaired and sighted people. For this I created a new alphabet based on braille, the aim was to find a way which makes it easier for sighted people to understand braille whilst simultaneously make it easier for visually impaired people to relate to fashion. The symbols were used through out the designs as embroidery, buttons or prints, and combined with abstract paintings to represent the definition of colours. Together, everything works to build a bridge between the sighted and unsighted through print design.

Working on optical illusion to create shadows between layers and depth. The design is completely white.
